What we look for in a Chef De Partie:

We seek an experienced Chef De Partie or a talented Commis Chef eager to take the next step, with a passion for producing quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. As a Chef De Partie, you will:

• Champion excellent service through quality food
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic food every time
• Be willing to learn new skills, and be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials
• Show strong planning and organisational skills to maintain control over GP and labour
• Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
