What you'll do...

• Support with running our Breakfast service, but from time-to-time you may support the kitchen with running a section across lunch and dinner options for our guests.
• Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves.
• Ensure smooth operations, manage orders and deliveries as needed, and maintain high food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment.
