Job summary

Gusto Italian is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant Liverpool restaurant. You’ll contribute to a busy kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes with pride and consistency while supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard as part of a busy brigade.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards throughout shifts.

You’ll be a sociable and friendly Chef de Partie who is at home within a fun, busy, and fast paced restaurant.
