Job summary

Gusto Italian in Cheadle Hulme is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your section, cook fresh dishes you’re proud to serve, and help us deliver consistently brilliant food for every guest.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, supporting colleagues and bringing energy, organisation and high standards to every service. We value pride in food and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Pride in food and presentation.
• Ability to run a section during service.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own your section and cook dishes to a high standard.
• Support Head and Sous Chefs and train junior chefs.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and pace during service.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic kitchen culture.

What will you be doing?

As our Chef de Partie, you’ll be an important part of our kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your section, cook fresh dishes you’re proud to serve and help us deliver consistently brilliant food for every guest.
