Browns Liverpool, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section, train kitchen staff, and ensure top service. The role focuses on delivering classically British food with care and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work under brand standards, mentor others, and help the kitchen run like a cohesive team, contributing to excellent guest experiences across Browns Brasserie and Bar.

• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
