Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per year (including service charge)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the team at one of the New Forest’s most highly regarded restaurants, proudly featured in the Michelin Guide and holding 3 AA Rosettes.
This is a rare opportunity to work in a kitchen that blends British and Italian influences, using only the finest seasonal, local, and foraged ingredients. The setting is relaxed yet refined, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and innovation.
As Chef de Partie, you will take full responsibility for your section, ensuring exceptional standards during prep and service, while also helping to train and support junior members of the team.
Manage your section efficiently and to the highest standard
Deliver consistently high-quality dishes during service
Prepare mise en place with care and precision
Support the training and mentoring of junior chefs and apprentices
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
Contribute creative ideas to seasonal menu development
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and excellent presentation
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
Freshly prepared meals on duty
3.5-day working week with guaranteed long weekends
