We're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our sophisticated, contemporary menu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to high standards
  • Manage a kitchen section and support junior staff
  • Ensure food hygiene and health & safety compliance
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a premium or boutique setting
  • A passion for food, quality, and creativity
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (preferred)
