Job summary

Drake & Morgan’s Bar & Restaurant, The Happenstance is seeking a Full Time Chef De Partie to oversee a section of the kitchen within a busy branded environment in London. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec while mentoring junior staff and supporting the sous and head chefs.
