Legends Global (Europe) is seeking a Chef de Partie at Olympia Events, a leading London venue renowned for delivering high-quality experiences for events and dining. You will manage a kitchen section, assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, and ensure outstanding food quality and consistent presentation during restaurant and event service.

Work is currently underway to transform the wider estate into a cultural hub of which Olympia Events will be the central part. The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing their designated section of the kitchen and supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in delivering consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This role involves preparing and cooking dishes to specification, maintaining excellent organisation within their section, and ensuring all food is produced efficiently and to the highest standards.
Working as part of the wider kitchen team, the Chef de Partie will ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards while contributing to smooth kitchen operations during both restaurant and event services. The role requires strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining quality, consistency, and effective stock and waste control at all times.
