Job summary

Fuller’s The Red Lion in London seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our busy pub kitchen. You will prepare fresh dishes from seasonal, local produce, support a team of talented chefs, and contribute to evolving menus in a lively, friendly environment.

You’ll work in a traditional British pub setting near central landmarks, with induction, training, and opportunities to grow within Fuller’s across pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing fresh, seasonal dishes.
• Able to work with a team of chefs in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes to standards with seasonal ingredients.
• Support senior chefs and contribute to menu development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist in line preparation and maintain consistency across services.
