Oblix at The Shard is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant perched on London's skyline, split across two spaces with stunning views. As Chef de Partie you will join a vibrant culinary team delivering precision and creativity across high-end menus.

You will support senior chefs, inspire the brigade and take ownership of a section, maintaining Oblix’s renowned standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
• Eager to learn and develop alongside the wider team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to take responsibility for a section.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Support the team and train junior chefs.

Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu.

Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard . As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
