As part of our award-winning team, our Chef de Partie will be working in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen serving up to 150 covers daily. Our seasonal menus celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Our Chef de Partie Requirements:

  • As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years’ experience in a high-end dining establishment.
  • A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
