You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional, seasonally inspired dishes that elevate our guests’ dining experience. We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for excellence, a flair for fine dining, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of our award-winning team, our Chef de Partie will be serving up to 100 covers daily. Our seasonal menus celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Our Chef de Partie Requirements:

  1. As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years’ experience in a high-end dining establishment.
  2. A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
  3. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
  5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Right to work in the UK.
