A privately owned, award wining restaurant is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for the main kitchen. The restaurant offers modern European fine dining dishes with the cooking having achieved two AA Rosettes and plenty of recognition as a leading venue to dine. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be assisting the team in the running of the kitchen . The restaurant prides itself on attention to detail so you will need to be able to work to a high standard. You will be using top quality ingredients which are sourced from the best suppliers.

Requirements:

An experienced Chef de Partie who is looking to progress and is passionate and ambitious is required for this role. Experience of working in properties with similar qualities and a minimum one AA Rosette is required for this role.
