Job summary

EGO - Copperfield is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section within Mitchells & Butlers’ premium pub brand. You’ll mentor chefs, ensure the section runs smoothly and uphold high brand standards while delivering menu excellence inspired by the Mediterranean.

You will train the team, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and cook to spec. This role offers opportunities for progression within the Ego family and Mitchells & Butlers’ restaurant portfolio.
