Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across a growing group of cosy pubs and brasseries. You will contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes while supporting multiple kitchen sections and following our classic cooking techniques.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Work across multiple kitchen sections as needed and follow established menus and procedures.

About You:
