Job summary

GIG Ltd. is recruiting chefs to support luxury hotels and restaurants across Scotland. The role offers flexible hours and shifts, with access to the GIG App to select preferred jobs and locations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of Sous Chef experience, own Chef whites, knives and safety shoes, plus required certificates. The position may lead to full-time/permanent employment with a top client site.

Qualifications

• As part of the GIG Chef Team you will work for some of Scotland's highly regarded Hotels and Restaurants.
• Flexible working hours and shifts to suit your availability (full-time, part-time or extra shifts).
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Sous Chef.
• Chef certification is required.
