Hourly rate and hours per week: £7.55 - £13.00 Per Hour

A great Chef De Partie is not only an amazing chef but also a role model for the more junior team in the kitchen, leading by example and coaching, which goes hand in hand with providing perfectly cooked meals.

What will I be doing?

Producing perfectly cooked meals to our specifications, keeping your work area clean and tidy, and maintaining strict allergen controls. You will also:

• Get ready for the day, set up your section, and prepare for the next day.
• Have expert knowledge of the menu and what you are selling.
• Restock your section and coach junior team members to do the same.
• Be an ambassador for the hotel, providing our guests with an amazing experience!

What are we looking for?

Someone passionate about food! If you love to cook and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you. Relevant experience in a similar role is required. An interest in helping to develop the next generation of chefs would be advantageous.
