This award-winning hotel in the heart of the English countryside is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Chef de Partie to join its talented kitchen team.

The hotel prides itself on offering locally sourced, fresh produce dishes across its fine dining outlets. The bar & lounge area is relaxed, busy, and overlooks beautiful scenery. The Head Chef is looking for a positive, flexible, and focused chef with a great attitude.

Located in a magnificent setting with stunning views, the hotel offers live-in accommodation and a culture that values staff welfare and wellbeing.

As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and present diverse cuisines for various events, from weddings and anniversaries to Christmas parties and summer barbecues. Relevant qualifications and previous experience are desirable, along with enthusiasm for the industry.
