Job summary

Brunning & Price in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Chef de Partie to join at Rake Hall and progress through Level 1-3 apprenticeships. You’ll work across the kitchen, supporting the Sous and Head Chef while developing in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or chef de partie is desirable.
• Willingness to learn through Level 3 apprenticeship and development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support Sous Chefs and Head Chef across kitchen sections.
• Prepare and cook dishes with fresh ingredients and maintain high standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and food safety throughout shifts.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
