The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality seasonal produce and delivering inspired, unique, and individual dishes and menu selections. Responsible for your own section in a busy and creative kitchen, you will be expected to have a flexible approach to ensure that the kitchen team delivers high-quality food and that your section is fully ‘mise en place’.
