Job summary

Pesto White Horse, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food, training people, and delivering warm hospitality. You will run a kitchen section, ensure your team works as one, and help prepare for service while upholding brand standards.

You will contribute to a relaxed dining atmosphere, support guest satisfaction, and grow with opportunities for progression within the group.

• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
