We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, serving over 45,500 satisfied customers daily. We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

Position Details

This is a CDP position working predominantly from Monday to Friday, 7am to 2:30pm (35 hours per week).

Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional culinary experience, maintaining high standards of food production.
  • Plan balanced, well-costed menus, monitor stock levels, and control costs.
  • Inspire and lead your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with a customer-focused approach, gathering feedback to measure success.
  • Commit to continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar-sized operation.
  • Educated to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated high standards through an impressive awards portfolio.
