Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in the UK. Earn up to £16.11 per hour including tips, with a potential £3.00 per hour in tips and a fully equipped, 250k bespoke kitchen with USA-imported smokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy kitchen environments.
• Passion for authentic BBQ cooking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
