Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking passionate chefs in the United Kingdom to join our busy BBQ-focused kitchens. The role offers a generous hourly rate with tips and the opportunity to work with USA-imported smokers and state-of-the-art kitchen facilities.

Real Chefs Wanted. You will learn the art of authentic BBQ cooking, develop mastery of the flames, and benefit from award-winning training, progression paths, and a supportive work-life balance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of BBQ techniques and grill management is preferred.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Cook authentic BBQ dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all menu items.
• Support kitchen team with line duties and food preparation.
