Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up.
• Pride in work from prep to plating, hygiene to teamwork.
• Positive, can-do attitude and keen to learn.

We’re about to relaunch Boxcar Bar & Grill as Boxcar Fire & Wine — a fresh new concept built around fire-led cooking, seasonal ingredients, and bold flavours. It’s an exciting moment of change, and we’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join us on this journey.
