Overview

We’ve launched a fresh new concept and are looking for passionate Chef de Party to join our team. All of our dishes are cooked over an open fire grill and we only use fresh and sustainable produce. Our Senior Chefs have worked in some of London's finest Michelin star restaurants and they want to train the next generation of chefs.

We are closed on Mondays and Sundays we are open for lunch only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Supervise and train commis chefs and other junior staff.
• Ensure that mise en place is completed before service.
• Communicate effectively with other sections and kitchen management.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and planning.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
