The Ritz London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Brigade. You will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes in your designated sections and communicating clearly to support personalised guest service.

You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team to uphold the hotel’s five-star standards. Ideal candidates will have a culinary background, a passion for excellence, and the ability to work under pressure in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary degrees or qualifications desirable
• A passion for food and cooking
• An eagerness to develop your culinary skills
• Relevant experience in a Five-star or fine dining property is essential
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Good command of the English language
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests

POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Kitchen Brigade as a Chef de Partie. The Chef de Partie is responsible for the production of food within their designated sections, ensuring that preparations are made of the highest standards at all times. Additionally, you will encourage communication regarding food service, especially when highly individual and personalised service is requested by our clients. You will build an excellent rapport with the wider kitchen team, including the Executive Chef, who you will keep informed of any noteworthy instances in the kitchen.
