Qualifications

  • Experienced chef with a positive attitude and culinary passion.
  • Ability to lead a kitchen section and mentor Commis Chefs.
  • Familiarity with menu creation and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your section and Commis Chefs in preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation and departmental targets.
  • Ensure impeccable food preparation and service.

Hourly Rate of £14.92 per hour

You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section.

You will enjoy leading your section and your Commis Chefs to produce high-quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus and achieving departmental targets.
