Piazza Italiana, an award-winning destination in the heart of Bank, City of London, seeks a Pasta Chef de Partie to join our team. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, abiding by Italian culinary standards and our kitchen philosophy of using the freshest seasonal produce.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour workweek with an hourly salary starting at £18. Immediate start is available as you support Sous Chefs, manage portions, and ensure food safety and menu execution across a busy

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within your speciality
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Helping Sous Chefs and Chefs to develop new dishes and prepare menus
• Answering our customers’ queries regarding ingredients and menu items
• Ensuring food is served in accordance with Health & Safety rules and regulations
• Following directions from the management
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
