Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team at Redford Barracks. You will work collaboratively with the team on food production management to ensure minimal wastage, proper food levels, quality, and brand standards.

To qualify for this role, you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able to pass security vetting and DBS checks.

  • This is a full-time role with an annual salary of £23,302.69 (£12.76/hour), 35 hours/week, working 5 days over 7. Shifts are between 0600-1330 and 1130-1900, leaving evenings free.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
  • Report to the Sous Chef, managing food production to minimize waste, maintain food levels, quality, and standards.
  • Prepare food for military dining and hospitality events.
  • Assist with shift checklists and post-analysis.
  • Learn kitchen procedures and standards.
  • Undertake relevant training as required.
You will be successful if you have:
  • Relevant culinary qualification.
  • Previous kitchen experience.
  • Food safety certificate or willingness to obtain one online.
  • Excellent team player and communicator.
  • DBS and security clearance.
