About the Role
Klarent Hospitality is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie. We offer growth opportunities and value our staff's hard work and loyalty.
The Chef de Partie will:
- Contribute to food production as instructed by the Sous or Head Chef
- Be aware of reservations and outside events impacting business
- Know the menu and daily specials
- Prepare dishes timely and to standard
- Minimize wastage and control portions
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and HACCP compliance
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Ensure equipment is maintained and report issues
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff
