Heritage Portfolio is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team at the Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. We operate within Scotland’s leading cultural destinations, including the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, The Scottish National Portrait Gallery, V&A Dundee, Mansfield Traquair, the Signet Library, and Perth and Musselburgh Racecourses.
Our culinary team focuses on fresh, made-from-scratch cooking, delivering outstanding catering and event services—from private dining, weddings, and corporate events to in-house café services. Under the guidance of our Head Chef and culinary development team, you will prepare and deliver a variety of menus, from deli-style retail offers to high-end fine dining, emphasizing quality, seasonality, provenance, and flavor.
