NYX HOTEL EDINBURGH: THE PLACE TO BE - OPENING JULY 2025. NYX Hotels, part of the Leonardo Hotels (formerly Jurys Inn) brand, is arriving in Edinburgh. Our luxury lifestyle hotel is located in Edinburgh’s city centre, blending rich history with contemporary, upscale living. As a Chef De Partie you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel. You’ll take pride in supporting the Head Chef and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a busy role requiring passion for your area and the ability to thrive under pressure while working with a vibrant team to exceed guest expectations.
