Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Saint Ronans in Cambridge. You will support daily kitchen operations, lead supper service, and mentor the team to uphold high standards and safe food practices.

Ideal candidates will have Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie experience in contract catering, preferably within independent education, with a passion for fresh seasonal food and creative presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen controls.
• Experience with menu planning and supper service.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work flexibly in education or contract catering.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Saint Ronans. You'll support food preparation, help maintain high standards, and play a vital role in the delivery of daily meals and special events.,

• Support the Chef Manager in daily kitchen operations

  Ideally, you will have experience as an Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within a contract catering environment, preferably in independent education, or a high-profile business and industry setting.
