Job summary

Mitchells & Butler plc is seeking a Chef de Partie at The George to lead a section, train line cooks, and ensure the kitchen team works as one. You’ll deliver great dishes, maintain brand standards, and support your brigade during service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
