We are an ambitious and dynamic restaurant striving to become the best in Bristol. While we’re not yet award-winning, we’re determined to make a name for ourselves by delivering exceptional cuisine and pushing for accolades like Michelin and AA Rosettes. This is an exciting time to join us as we work toward achieving these prestigious honors.

We’re looking for an experiencedChef de Partie to help us deliver outstanding dishes and support our team’s drive for excellence. If you’re passionate about fine dining, have a strong technical foundation, and want to be part of a team striving for greatness, this is the role for you.

You must have at least 1 year of experience in a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette restaurant to apply.

Take ownership of your section, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s menu specifications.

Maintain impeccable levels of quality, consistency, and presentation on every plate.

? Culinary Skills & Techniques

Demonstrate strong knowledge of mother sauces, stocks, and culinary techniques to produce sophisticated dishes.

Confidently handle meat and fish butchery, ensuring high-quality preparation and minimal waste.

Assist with menu execution and contribute your creativity and insights during service.

?? Team Support & Development

Support your fellow team members, helping junior chefs to improve and develop their skills.

Collaborate closely with senior kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.

Assist with training and ensuring that standards are consistently met.

Assist in the execution of events, high-volume services, and private dining functions, ensuring high-quality dishes even under pressure.

Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.

Contribute to maintaining kitchen organisation, stock control, and ensuring all equipment is used and maintained correctly.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
Solid foundation in culinary techniques, including mother sauces, stocks, and butchery
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support and mentor junior staff
Ability to work under pressure during high-volume services (200+ covers)
A passion for fine dining and a desire to contribute to our goal of pushing for Michelin and AA Rosette recognition
Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen organisation
