We are currently recruiting experienced chefs to join our team as we prepare to open a new pub! We are halfway through refurbishment and plan to re-open in mid-October. To apply, you must have experience in a fresh food kitchen, be able to work as part of a team and independently. Our menu will include breakfast/brunch through to evening meals, featuring British classics and our own creative dishes.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

We seek an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef ready for the next step, passionate about producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience delivering excellent service through quality food.
  • Be passionate about creating fantastic dishes every time.
  • Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Show willingness to learn new skills, be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective control of GP and labour.
  • Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
