Job summary

Holroyd Howe, one of the UK's leading contract caterers, is seeking a committed kitchen assistant to support daily kitchen operations and supper services for independent schools. You will help maintain high standards of food and service, and assist with allergen controls and menu planning.

Join a team that delivers fresh, seasonal food and reliable service for pupils and staff, with involvement in events and daily meal delivery while upholding our safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations is preferred, ideally as Chef de Partie in contract catering.
• Experience in independent schools or high-profile environments is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.
• A proactive, flexible approach to shifts and events is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

  Ideally, you will have experience in the kitchen, or as a Chef de Partie within a contract catering environment, preferably in independent education, or a high-profile business and industry setting.
