Malmaison & Hotel du Vin Birmingham is seeking a Chef De Partie for a permanent role at Hotel du Vin Birmingham. The position offers £33k per year for a 45-hour week, with the chance to work in a renowned kitchen team delivering high standards.

You will contribute to menu execution, maintain quality and cleanliness, and collaborate with senior chefs to develop your skills and progress within the brand.
