Job summary

Sanremo Bath is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team in Bath. You will work alongside a busy brigade to prepare Italian dishes and support the head chef.

The role offers a full-time contract, up to £14 per hour, 2 days off per week, 28 days holiday, staff meals, and opportunities for training and career progression. English is required at an intermediate level, and you will be part of a large, energetic kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in Italian cuisine or similar role.
• English level at least intermediate.
• Strong teamwork and high energy in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• You will contribute to preparing delicious Italian meals with the team.
• You will support the head chef in day-to-day kitchen duties.
• You will maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
