Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our pubs in Barnes. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients, while upholding strict kitchen and food safety standards.

You’ll coordinate with your section to deliver great meals to guests in a fast-paced setting. We value hands-on cooks who communicate well and can work independently on their section, while learning and growing within our well-known brands and apprenticeship opportunities.

Qualifications

As a Chef de Partie, you will…

What you'll bring to the kitchen:

• Confidence in running a section of the kitchen independently.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fresh food pub or restaurant.
• Willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
