CHEF DE PARTIE, DERBYSHIRE, £35,000, 4 DAY WORKING WEEK

STUNNING PERIOD COUNTRY INN, MODERN KITCHEN

ALL FRESH MENU, MULTI ROSETTE DINING

Our clients operate this stunning country Inn with rooms in the Derbyshire countryside commutable to Bakewell and Chesterfield

This lovely Inn, widely regarded as one of Derbyshire's finest country Inns, and part of a group of very high end venues in the area, are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen in this very talented team in this modern kitchen, you WILL learn here

With an emphasis on local, seasonal foods, cooked using modern & interesting techniques, with the latest chefs kit, this really is a great opportunity for a career minded chef to really make a name for themselves, working in a very supportive environment for a chef who wants to learn

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:

  • Have experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub

  • Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here

  • Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here

  • Own transport would be ideal due to the semi-rural location

  • Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
