Cameron House in Loch Lomond is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade ahead of reopening. You will work under the Head Chef, preparing high-quality dishes with Scottish ingredients in a modern kitchen.
You will manage your section, support and develop junior chefs, and ensure exceptional guest dining experiences. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent and Level 2 Food Hygiene are desirable, with strong communication and a passion for food.
