This position is critical to the guest experience, providing a high-quality menu in partnership with exceptional service within the hotel lobby. The Chef de Cuisine - The Lobby Restaurant will lead a team of 15+ chefs across busy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services.
