• Experience in a busy kitchen with high standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn across the Pizza, Pasta and Grill sections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, pastas and grill dishes to spec.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all plates.
• Support the service during peak times and keep the pass running smoothly.
• Assist with cleanliness and stock control as required.
