What will you be doing?

  • Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK's best-loved names within the industry.
  • Coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
  • Providing support, guidance, and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications.
  • Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting, and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided).

What will you bring to the role?

  • Strong front-of-house experience, having worked up to supervisory or management level.
  • A solid background in professional kitchens, with hands-on experience cooking from scratch – including but not limited to making stocks and sauces, dough, pastry, and pasta.
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Ability to work in high-demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

It would be great if you had

  • Previous experience of delivering training in your sector.
  • Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role.
  • Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification.
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery.
  • BTEC level 3 hospitality management.
