The Chef - Bank role at Barchester Healthcare involves working as part of the catering team to prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals to residents. You will assist the Head Chef in menu creation, using fresh seasonal produce to deliver flavoursome and well-balanced dishes. The role also requires managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, including stock control, budgeting, and leading the team. You will need to have a good understanding of nutrition and HACCP, as well as experience working with fresh seasonal food and leading a team.
