Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals to high standards while using quality ingredients.
• Contribute to menu development and discuss ideas through Chef Forums.
• Work with locally sourced ingredients where possible and maintain safety standards.
• Support club teams to deliver great service and food quality.
