Job Title: Apprentice Chef at Harvester

• Prepare ingredients and kitchen essentials before shifts

Role Details:

This is a full-time position supervised by passionate chefs, offering training towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship. You will support kitchen operations and ensure high-quality service for our guests.

What the apprenticeship includes:

• Regular face-to-face and virtual catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
• On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
• Reviews every 12 weeks with your manager and trainer
• Feedback sessions to discuss your progress
• Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
• 30 hours paid work per week

Wage:

• £8.60 per hour for 16-20 year olds
• £11.44 per hour for 21+ year olds

Duration: 15 months towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship.
